Before establishing R.A.S. Equity Partners LLC, Mr. Torres held a pivotal role as the Real Estate Director of Investment Sales at Besen & Associates. During his tenure, he orchestrated the successful sale and listing of real estate transactions exceeding a staggering $100 million in total value. Mr. Torres also serves as a dedicated Broker for the Bronx Public Administrations Office of the Supreme Court, where he collaborates closely with court-appointed Receivers and Note Holders in the expert management of distressed asset properties.

In conjunction with Remedial Property Management Solutions, Inc., Mr. Torres and his adept team offer a comprehensive suite of services, meticulously preparing assets for seamless integration into the market. Drawing upon his extensive experience in residential sales and rentals, Mr. Torres has cultivated enduring relationships that consistently generate business in the residential market. This success led to the establishment of the R.A.S. Residential division.

He boasts a proven track record of collaborating with regulatory bodies such as HPD, DOB, ECB, and D.H.C.R. to rectify building-wide violations and navigating L&T court proceedings.

Jennifer Torres is a founding member of Remedial Property Management Solutions Incorporated, bringing a wealth of expertise to the field of New York City property management. With over a decade of seasoned asset advisory experience, Mrs. Torres has made significant contributions to the industry.

Her journey in property management commenced in 2009 when she joined NYC Management LLC. There, she honed her skills in managing distressed properties under court receivership, specializing in the "Distressed Asset Advisory Group." Mrs. Torres possesses a profound understanding of Landlord & Tenant court proceedings, showcasing her proficiency in navigating the intricacies of legal matters. Additionally, her comprehensive knowledge extends to working seamlessly with regulatory bodies such as HPD, ECB, DOB, DHCR, and FDNY for violation remediation and removal. She is well-versed in Department of Housing & Community Renewal (DHCR) registration filings, and her meticulous approach is evident in tasks like property reconciliation reports, accounts payables and receivables, tenant rent collection tracking, and the execution of new leases and lease renewals following DHCR increase guidelines.

In her capacity as the COO & Managing Director of R.A.S. Equity Partners LLC, a prominent commercial real estate brokerage, Mrs. Torres assumes pivotal responsibilities.
